1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All C$D Global merch is made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted partners at Printful and Apliiq.
Please allow 2–7 business days for processing, printing, and quality check before your order ships.
NOTE: During peak times (holidays, special drops), processing times may extend slightly.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order is processed, shipping times are as follows:

Shipping estimates do not include processing time.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS / LOST PACKAGES

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not cover these charges.
7. PRE-ORDERS OR LIMITED DROPS
Some items may be marked as “Pre-Order” or part of a Limited Drop. In those cases, shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
8. CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once fulfillment begins, we are unable to change the delivery address.
